Calculation of vertical pile resistance is performed according to Spanish standard CTE-DB SE-C.

The analysis provides the bearing capacity of piles in:

• soils (consists of pile base resistance R_b and pile shaft resistance R_s)
• rocks (only concrete piles loaded by compressive force)
